There are nice hotels in Ajodhya Hill Top - Hotel Niharika, Hotel Pariwar (Shikari Da)  - these two have been mentioned in the Tourplanner group. They have also mentioned that Hotel Niharika has good Restaurant. Hotel Niharika comes under CDAC (basically Government property - which can be booked online - https://wbcadc.com/tourism/ ). Moreover there is a youth Hostel - which can also be booked online (https://youthhostelbooking.wb.gov.in/pages/SearchAvailability.aspx ). Interestingly anybody can book Youth Hostel. I have personally visited Youth Hostel  - the location is very good but lacks maintenance. The AC Deluxe room @1500 is good. There is a kitchen also. It is near Kushal Palli.

The location of Niharika is good. I have seen Niharika from outside. They are all on Hill Top.

There are some high end hotels / resorts like Kushal Palli, Saffron Valley , Akash Hill Top, Kalyan Forest Resort. I have personally seen all of them from outside. They are all located at hill Top within a radius of around 1 Km approx.

We have stayed at Baskey Homestay - +919073858442. Very nice place to stay, if you are on a budget.

One of the best Homestays in Ajodhya Hill top - location wise. The location is fabulous - dense forest at the back (you will get up with chirping of birds - stay in the lawn) and hills on the front, across the road. With no hotels nearby - it is very peaceful. Unfortunately the owners do not probably know how good it is ( I got to know from reviews that they can arrange Chau dance and also Berbeque).

If they are bit careful and has attention to the detail, then it would have been the go to place in Ajodhya Hill top.

The rates are good at Rs 1500/1200 for 2/3 people (western toilet with commode shower) and food cooked by Dipali is fabulous.

There is wifi too. Beware on, Hilltop there is no network, unless you have Jio. There is nice map inside the homestay. There is space to park at least 10 cars ! They have car pick up and drop and tour facility.

The owner has worked in Kolkata in a Govt College and are educated and very well mannered.

Day 4 : Get down to the plains via Sirkabad -Raghunathpur Range to catch the train - 2/3 hrs by car

If you have time, you can proceed towards Panchet Dam.

Most people think of Ayodhya Circuit when they hear Purulia! But there are numerous circuits and spots to explore across the entire district of Purulia. For everyone's convenience, I have shared the tour plan provided on the official website of Purulia District (http://www.purulia.gov.in/). You can visit the site to find more information and photos.

In a 3-day short vacation, you can visit the scenic hills and waterfalls of Purulia, a frontier district of West Bengal, as a tourist.

For your first day of travel:

For a tour centered around Purulia town, start by exploring the Saheb Bandh-Subhash Park District Science Centre. Before the evening sets in, head to Kumari Kanan/Kumari Dam. Spend your evening at Deer Park Guest House. 

If, at night, you feel curious about learning about the "Nachni" dancers of Purulia and want to witness their dance techniques, go to the "Nachni Development Society" right across from Deer Park. 

Listen to their stories of deprivation and witness the performance of their ‘Nachni Jhumur’ dance.

For your second day: Jhalda and Ayodhya Circuit:

Starting from Purulia, visit Aghorepur Hill (a favorite filming location for many renowned directors), then head to Jaipur Royal Palace. Explore the unfinished “Stone Palace” of the Jaipur kings. From there, visit Deulghata. The ancient temples, with their magnificent architectural style, will take you back to a thousand years of history. Passing through Deulghata, Raghabormor, and Begunkodar, make your way to “Muruguma Dam” to experience the breathtaking natural beauty of Purulia. Along the way, you’ll encounter hills like Kali Pahar, Chintu Pahar, Bansa Pahar, and several unnamed hills. 

After visiting the “Muruguma Dam” and one end of the Ayodhya Hills, stay the night at the CADC guest houses ‘Malabika’ or ‘Niharika.’ 

You might spend one or two days exploring Ayodhya Hill, Pakhi Pahar, Bamni Falls, Turga Falls, Turga Dam, the PPSP Power Project, Osulpur Hill (filming location for "Shunya Anka"), and the source of the Kumari River. From Ayodhya Hill, head to Bagmundi and then visit ‘Charida’ village, where the locals are deeply engaged in making masks for the Chhau dance. 

After Charida village, take a right from Burda Mor (8-9 km) to reach Khaira Bera Dam, an area filled with exceptional natural beauty. 

Your next destination will be Panchet Hill.

For your third day: Raghunathpur Circuit:

After descending Ayodhya Hill via Bagmundi, pass through Purulia and head toward Panchet. Along the way, you’ll come across Joychandi Hill, one of the richest tourist spots in Purulia. From the top of Joychandi Hill, take in the view of Raghunathpur. If you look far off in the distance, you’ll see Santaldihi on one side and Panchet Hill on the other. Leaving Joychandi behind, proceed to the Kashipur Royal Palace. 

Your destination is the ‘Panchet’ Forest Bungalow for an overnight stay. In the morning, after visiting the royal palace ruins nestled at the foothills of the mountains, which date back over 2,000 years, head a little further to see the Panchet Dam on the Damodar River. On the fourth day, you can head back on the Adra-Howrah railway route.

Before heading to Panchet Hill, you can make a stop at ‘Baranti,’ a small settlement surrounded by forests and hills, by taking a left past the Santuari B.D.O. Office. You can enjoy an evening enveloped in mesmerizing natural beauty before heading back to Panchet Hill.

However I have added some points, in Italics, wherever I think there is a need for clarification

ইউরোপ ট্রিপ, আমদের সকলের কাছে এক স্বপ্নের ব্যাপার আর সেটার জন্যে প্রথমেই যেই জিনিসটি লাগে তা হল শেঙ্গেন ভিসা । আর এই পোস্টটিতে আমি শেঙ্গেন ভিসা অ্যাপ্লিকেশান আর কি ভাবে কোন Rejection ছাড়া শেঙ্গেন ভিসা পেতে পারেন সেই details দেব। কোনও দেশে যেতে হলে প্রথমেই যেটা লাগে সেটা হল - সেই দেশের সরকারের থেকে লিগাল Permission যাকে বলা হয় ভিসা।

ইউরোপর ক্ষেত্রে সুবিধা এটা যে একটা ভিসাতে 27টি দেশ ঘোরা যেতে পারে।

এবার নেক্সট স্টেপ ভিসা অ্যাপ্লিকেশান ; ভারত, বাংলাদেশ ইত্যাদি আরও অনেক দেশে ভিসা অ্যাপ্লিকেশান - Appointment থেকে Delivery সবকিছু একটি Third Party company এর মাধ্যমে হয়, যার নাম VFS Global

শেঙ্গেন ভিসার জন্যে আপনাকে সেই দেশের থেকে অ্যাপ্লিকেশান নিতে হবে যেই দেশে আপনি - আপনার ইউরোপ ট্রিপ এ সবচেয়ে বেশীদিন থাকবেন ; বাঁ যদি Multiple countries visit করেন এবং সব দেশেই সমান দিন থাকার প্লান থাকে তাহলে যেই দেশে প্রথম এ নামবেন সেই দেশের থেকে শেঙ্গেন ভিসা অ্যাপ্লাই করুন।

 ….Schengen Visa নিয়ে কিছু টিপস দিতে এলাম। ২০২৩-এ গ্রীনল্যান্ড আর ফ্যারো আইল্যান্ডস ট্রিপের সময় নিয়ম অনুযায়ী ডেনমার্ক এম্ব্যাসীতে ভিসার আবেদন করেছিলাম। আমাকে অবাক করে দিয়ে ডেনমার্ক একবছরের ভিসা দিয়েছিলো যেটা ডেনমার্কের ভিসিটর ভিসার ক্ষেত্রে বিরল। আমার এটা অষ্টম Schengen Visa আর ডেনমার্ক থেকে দ্বিতীয় ভিসা।

আমার বিজনেস আছে আর হাজব্যান্ড Finance Sector-এ কর্মরত। আমি সব ভিসার সময়ই দুজনের দুটো আলাদা সেট বানাই।

 ভিসা অ্যাপ্লিকেশান এর 4 টি স্টেপ হয় :

প্রথমেই আপনাকে সিলেক্ট করতে হবে আপনার কোন Type এর ভিসা লাগবে ?

1st স্টেপ (Identify visa type) : আমরা যেহেতু ইউরোপ ট্রিপ এ যাচ্ছিলাম তাই আমাদের দরকার ছিল Short Term Tourist ভিসা।

2nd স্টেপ Begin Application ; এই অ্যাপ্লিকেশান টি আপনাকে যেই দেশ থেকে শেঙ্গেন ভিসার জন্যে অ্যাপ্লাই করছেন সেই দেশের official ওয়েবসাইট এ গিয়ে করতে হবে (but you are basically within VFS ecosystem. This information is not entirely correct. You will do everything within vfs website)। VFS-গ্লোবাল এর পেইজই এর লিঙ্ক দেয়া থাকে; অ্যাকাউন্ট বানিয়ে সমস্ত Information দিয়ে ফরমটি fill-up করতে হবে। https://www.vfsglobal.com/en/individuals/index.html

Form-fill up এর সময়, যেই তথ্য গুলী দিচ্ছেন সেগুলো Double check করতে ভুলবেন না ....ফরম fil lup complete হলে সেটা submit করুন এবং অ্যাপ্লিকেশান form টি download রাখুন ; ভিসা Interview এ  এটি জমা দিতে হবে। Be very careful while filling up. Once submitted, you cannot edit.

৩য় স্টেপ : ভিসার Interview এর জন্যে Appointment Booking ; এবার VFS GLOBAL এর ওয়েবসাইটএ এসে, ভিসা Interview এর জন্যে Appointment বুক করতে হবে, উপযুক্ত তথ্য দিয়ে ফর্ম টি Fill Up করুন ; আপনার কাছের VFS GLOBAL Centre টি সিলেক্ট করুন। আমি যেহেতু কলকাতাই থাকি তাই আমার কাছের VFS centre kolkata; আপনার সুবিধামত date-time দিয়ে Appointment Fees বাবদ 1800~  টাকা দিয়ে Appointment Book করতে হবে; বুকিং হয়ে গেলে Appointment Letter টি ডাউনলোড করতে ভুলবেন না।

Tips(3+4): ভিসা ফর্ম (fill up from here - (https://crovisa.mvep.hr/default.aspx?langId=en - this is for Croatia), First you have to select the origin and destination country - https://www.vfsglobal.com/en/individuals/index.html) , অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্ট লেটার।

Please remember, visa fill up page and booking date is to be done separately. I was thinking that once visa form is filled up , then only you can only book appointment using that link. This is not correct. These are two different issues and not linked to each other.

৪র্থ স্টেপ  সবচেয়ে ইম্পরট্যান্ট স্টেপ - ভিসা Interview। ভিসা Interview এ যাওয়ার আগে Visa র জন্যে যেই সমস্ত ডকুমেন্টস লাগবে সেগুলো অবশ্যই সাথে করে নিয়ে যাবেন। ভিসার জন্যে যেই Documents লাগবে সেগুলো হল :

1. Visa Application Form: যেটা আমার ক্ষেত্রে Netherlands consulate এ ভিসা Application Submit করার পর আমি Download করে রেখে ছিলাম, সেটার Print-Out. (Step 2 above)
2. ভিসা Appointment Letter - যেটা VFS থেকে Appointment Application & Fees pay করার পর আমি Download করে রেখে ছিলাম, সেটার Print-Out. (Step 3 above)
3. আপনার Original Passport - যেন at least 6 months validity থাকে।
4. পাসপোর্টের biographic page ie back page (3rd cover) and front page (2nd cover)
5. এবার যেটা মোস্ট ইম্পরট্যান্ট এবং Maximum Applicant ভুল করেন বা জমা দেন না - যার ফলে ভিসা Application Reject হয়ে যাই অনেক ক্ষেত্রে সেটা হল Cover লেটার এবং আপনার ট্রাভেল Itinerary.                   
   আপনি আপনার Official Letterhead / normal Word-File যেই দেশের থেকে Schengen Visa অ্যাপ্লাই করছেন সেই দেশের Consulate কে উদ্দেশ্য করে লেখা একটি অ্যাপ্লিকেশান ;  এটা মন দিয়ে ভালো করে লিখতে হবে। পাসপোর্ট নং, ট্রিপ duration and purpose, professional details, Availability of funds এবং কে ট্রিপ স্পনসর করছে - এই পয়েন্টগুলো উল্লেখ করতে হবে। যেখানে আপনার সমস্ত তথ্য , কি কি ডকুমেন্টস জমা করছেন ইত্যাদি সবকিছু থাকবে। 

 In case of dependents, there should be one two letters - one from wife/parents (Dependent) and one from Sponsorer) - Sample cover letter দেওয়া হলো।

 6 - Itinerary - তারিখ ধরে একটি ডিটেল প্ল্যান। ট্রাভেল Itinerary তে আপনি যত দিনের জন্যে      ইউরোপ যাচ্ছেন সেই দিনগুলোতে কোথাই যাবেন, কি কি করবেন তাঁর একটা খসড়া। এটিই যে      আপনাকে follow করতে হবে আপনার ইউরোপ ট্রিপে নাহলে জেলে ভরে দেবে এরকম   কোন ব্যাপার   না। Consulate মোটামুটি একটা ট্রাভেল প্লান যানতে চাই; ভিসা আসার পর আপনি আপনার সুবিধা মত এটি update করতে পারেন। I always club point 5 and 6 together in one page.

7. Flight & Accomodation বুকিং Details - হ্যাঁ এটা একটা বড় ব্যাপার Schengen Visa Application এর ক্ষেত্রে; ভিসা অ্যাপ্লাই করার সময় আপনার যাবার এবং আসার Flight Ticket জমা দিতে হবে; কবে কোন হোটেল বা Homestay তেঁ থাকবেন তাঁর বুকিং Details জমা করতে হবে। এখন অনেকের মনে হতে পারে; এত খরচা করে সব বুকিং করব তারপর যদি ভিসা Reject হয়; তাহলে সব তো LOSS। একদম ঠিক, যদি ভিসা application Reject কোন কারণে তা হলে এগুলো সব মাটি হবে , তবে এগুলো জমা না করলে - ভিসা ১০০% reject হবে।                   

তাই হোটেল আপনারা Booking.com থেকে 0-Payment এ Advance বুক করে ; Just বুকিং Details গুলো প্রিন্ট আউট করে নিন। MakeMyTrip থেকে বিদেশে হোটেল বুকিংন না করাই ভাল ; আমি করেছিলাম এবং এদের International Service খুব খারাপ আর শুধু MakeMyTrip এর জন্যে আমার ইউরোপ ট্রিপ এ অনেক টাকা খতিও হয়েছে। Flight বুকিংএ আপনি Refundable বুকিং করতে পারেন; যাতে টাকা ফেরত আসে যদি কোন কারণে ভিসা বা প্লান ক্যানসেল হয় - আমি Refundable flight বুকিং করেছিলাম। 

অনেকে Dummy Ticket বুকিং করে - এ প্রসঙ্গে বলে রাখি Dummy Ticket মানে কিন্তু fake ticket নয়। Dummy Ticket এ Airline আপনাকে একটা বুকিং ID দেওয়া টিকিট Generate কর দেয়, ঐ Flight এর Website এ গিয়ে চেক করলে Ticket Details দেখিয়ে দেবে ; এটার Rate খুবই কম হয়, তবে এই টিকিটে ট্রাভেল করা যায় না; কারণ এটা Just Booking Reservation, কোনও Seat Reservation নয়। Visa অ্যাপ্লিকেশান এ এই টিকিট acceptable ;

** যারা ডামি দেবেন তারা https://www.bookingreservationforvisa dot com - চেক করতে পারেন অথবা এয়ারলাইনসের সাইট থেকে full flex টিকিট কাটতে পারেন।

** FlightHelpline.com ইত্যাদি কিছু company Dummy ticket provide kore তবে আমি Personally refundable টিকিট কাটতে recommend করব ।

8.     আপনার লাস্ট ৩/৬ মাসের Bank Statements লাগবে - অ্যাকাউন্ট এ ৩-৫ লাখ টাকা থাকলে ভাল ; সেভিংস অ্যাকাউন্ট স্টেটমেন্ট with healthy balance and showing regular income. ...ব্যালান্স এমন রাখতে হবে যেন ট্রিপের খরচ বাদ দেওয়ার পরও সেখানে সাধারন জীবনযাপন করার মতো টাকাপয়সা থাকে। In my friend's case, his visa (Spain) was rejected, since he gave Current Account instead of Savings Bank. In case of Croatia it was 3 months.

FD/Shares/PPF/MF - সবই অপশনাল। VFS বেশীরভাগ ক্ষেত্রে জমা নিতেও চায়না। তখন ওদের একটু জোর করলে নিয়ে নেয়।....আমি আমাদের অ্যাপ্লিকেশান এ Mutual Funds ইনভেস্টমেন্ট details জমা করেছিলাম just appliaction টা strong বানানোর জন্যে; C ITR Filling & Acknowledgement of last 3 years  - তিন বছরের ITR আয়ের সাথে সামন্জস্যপূর্ন                 

যদি কোনো প্রপার্টি থাকে বা কোনো প্রপার্টি থেকে রেন্টাল ইনকাম আসে তবে সেটার প্রুফ দিতে পারেন।Application strong করার জন্যে; আমি Mutation Certificate জমা করেছিলাম।

যদি আপনি বিজনেস করেন তাহলে  -  Company Registration Certificate, ট্রেড লাইসেন্স, GST certificate, Proprietorship/Partnership - যার যেটা অ্যাপ্লিকেবল। সাথে কোম্পানি অ্যাকাউন্ট স্টেটমেন্ট (৩/৬ মাসের)।

9.  Travel Insurance - ICICI, HDFC, Royal Sundaram,Tata AIG, Care অথবা Schengen approved আরো কিছু কোম্পানির সাইট থেকে ট্রাভেল ইনস্যুরেন্স কেনা যায়। পেমেন্ট করার সাথে সাথেই মেলে পলিসি চলে আসে। আমি ১ বছরের ইন্স্যুরেন্স নিয়ে নি কারন বছরে ২/৩ বার বেড়াতে যাওয়া হয়। Min.৩০,০০০ Euro Medical coverage থাকতে হবে। আমি personally Reliance General Travel Insurance করেছিলাম ; তবে আপনারা আপনাদের সুবিধা মত choose করতে পারেন; premium ১১০০ টাকার মধ্যেই হয়।

Marriage Certificate - যদি আপনার সাথে dependable হিসাবে আপনার স্ত্রী ও ভিসার জন্যে অ্যাপ্লাই করে থাকেন 

10.   ফোটো - ২ কপি। VFS-এর সাইটে স্পেশিফিকেশন আছে. Photo Size, কিভাবে তুলতে হবে তাঁর details সংশ্লিষ্ট দেশের ওয়েবসাইট এ দেয়া থাকে।

o    Applicant must present a coloured photograph of 35 X 45 mm.

o    The photograph must show a person with neutral facial expression, open eyes and closed mouth.

o    In the photo the head of the person (from the tip of the chin to the scalp) must occupy about 2/3 of the photo, but should not be higher than 36 mm.

o    The head in the photo must be situated in the center of the photoghraph.

o    The distance between the eyes,( from the middle of the left eye to the middle of the right eye )must be at least 8mm, optimally 10 mm.

o    The photo must be made on high quality glossy and smooth paper without surface structure, with high printing quality.

o    The background must be light in colour or white, without any pattern and should have sufficient contrast of the face and hair. 

o    In my case , VFS said the picture is not proper, since I am not wearing dark shirt. So make sure to wear dark shirt. 

11. আর সবশেষে International CREDIT card এর জেরক্স কপি - এবং অন্য কোনও financial documents - just Applicantaion প্রোফাইল Strong বানানোর জন্যে - যদিও এটা mandatory নয়! In case of Croatia, credit card Statement is mandatory.

12. In Croatian counter they asked me to segregate the documents into 3 parts - a) covering letter, pay slip, noc, insurance etc in one set, b) hotel booking in one set and c) transportation in another iset.

13 হাজব্যান্ডের সেটে থাকা ডকুমেন্টস লিস্ট - ওপরের লিস্টের মতোই সবকিছু + শুধু Professional details হিসেবে NOC, Salary Slip ও স্যালারি অ্যাকাউন্ট স্টেটমেন্ট দেওয়া হয়। In case of Croatia, you have to give designation, salary , period of leave granted and signed by a Sr official of your office, where phone no. of office should be there.

 # VFS-এর চেকলিস্টে যা থাকে আমি সবই সাবমিট করি কিছু বাদ না দিয়ে। কোনো ডকুমেন্টস arrange না করতে পারলে সেটা কভার লেটারে লিখে দেবেন। একবার যেমন আমার হাজব্যান্ড নোটিশ পিরিয়ডে থাকাকালীন কম্পানি পলিসি অনুযায়ী NOC পাওয়া যায়নি। তখন সেটা কভারে মেনশন করে দিয়েছিলাম। ভিসা পেতেও অসুবিধা হয়নি তাও আবার নরওয়ে এম্ব্যাসী থেকে। তবে Genuine থাকা জরুরী।

# যদি কেউ হোমমেকার হন তবে হাজব্যান্ডকে স্পনসর দেখিয়ে অ্যাপ্লাই করা যাবে। সাথে হাজব্যান্ডের অ্যাকাউন্ট, ITR ও একটি স্পনসরশিপ বা সাপোর্টিং লেটার দিয়ে দিতে হবে। রিটায়ার্ড বাবা-মাকে বেড়াতে নিয়ে গেলেও একইভাবে ছেলে মেয়ে তাদের স্পনসর করতে পারে। In my case, I have even attached my office NOC with my wife's application. In other words just copy paste all the documents of the sponsorer.

# একবার Biometrics সাবমিট করলে সেটা VIS system-এ ৫ বছর অবধি বৈধ থাকে। আমরা আগে biometrics দিয়ে থাকায় আমি একাই দুজনের বা কখনো আমার মায়ের ডকুমেন্টস সাবমিট করে এসেছি। শুধু Authorisation letter নিয়ে যেতে হবে।

# রিসেন্টলি VFS সবাইকেই Premium lounge ফেশিলিটি নেওয়ার জন্য জোর করে। ওদের কথায় আমল দেওয়ার দরকার নেই। ওদের হাতে ভিসা ডিশিসনও ডিপেন্ড করেনা সুতরাং টোকেন নিয়ে অপেক্ষা করবেন, স্ক্রীনে কাউন্টার নং এলে কাউন্টারে ডকুমেন্টস জমা করে দেবেন।

In my case , this has become a scam - they are on a fault finding mission. If you do not give one documents, they will postpone the appointment for want of documents. Getting appointment date is becoming real pain. I met a person from Punjab, who was also going to Croatia as a delivery boy- there is no appointment date in Delhi for next 1 month. If you email them the missing documents in the office, they will not print it unless you opt for Premium lounge by paying Rs 4500 , which includes Courier charges.

 # Do not take any print out on both sides. In my case, they did not accept it. Back side should be blank. Do not try to recycle the page ! # Suppose your check out from hotel is at 11 hrs on 10.10.24 and your bus/ flight is at 0100 hr on 11.10.24, either you show a hotel booking on 11.10.24 (ie 10.10-24-11.10.24) or you have to show a day tour booking on 10.10.24. Else they will reject the application. But if your bus is at 11.45 pm on 10.10 then there is no need to book a hotel between 10.10.24-11.10.24..

 In my case, I had to tell my friend to book a hotel for me and then email them (VFS) the booking on 10.10.24-11.10.24. They will not take print out , unless you opt for premium lounge.

 Apparently if you give a declaration that on 10.10.24, I will do a day tour, that will do. But in my case they were insisting for hotel booking. Only when I reluctantly accepted premium lounge facility, then they told me about the declaration.

# A person can apply for 5 people including booking an appointment and visa form fill up -I have done for me , my wife and for my friend. You have to create an ID in vfs page with email and mobile number.

# Highlight the documents where there is name, date and location in hotel booking or transportation.

# কলকাতার VFS Global এর অফিস কসবাতে; রেনে Tower (just beside Acropolis Mall) এর ৪র্থ এবং ৫ম ফ্লোর এ ।

# যদিও VFS এর Process  fast; টোকেন কেটে যেই দেশের থেকে ভিসা অ্যাপ্লাই করেছেন সেই counter এর সামনে গিয়ে বসুন ; ডাক পরলে সমস্ত Documents এবং ভিসার ফিস pay করতে হবে । Netherlands এর ভিসার জন্যে আমাই Pay করতে হয়েছিল Per Head 90 EURO বাঁ ভারতীয় মুদ্রাই 8200 টাকার মত। VFS Courier Charge বাবদ আরও ৭৫০ টাকা মত নেয়। They take payment in Cash.

 Payment complete হলে Bio_metric এর জন্যে ওয়েট করতে হবে; নাম ডাকলে হাতের ছাপ , ছবি ইত্যাদি দিয়ে Bio-metric complete হয় আর Visa-Appointment process এখানেই সমাপ্ত হয়।

ভিসা Appointment হওয়ার পর মোটামুটি ১৫দিন লেগেছিল আমাদের ভিসা আসতে। Reference no. দিয়ে VFS Global এর website এ অ্যাপ্লিকেশান Status ট্রাক করা যেতে পারে। 

আমাদের ক্ষেত্রে মোটামুটি এক দিনের মধ্যেই Documents Delhi তে Netherlands এর Consulate পৌঁছে গেছিল তারপর ১৩ দিন ধরে Processing দেখা ছিল । তারপর ১৪দিনের দিন Email আসে " Your processed visa application No, xxxxx has been received at Netherlands Visa Application Centre, New Delhi on 22/09/2023 "  

আর ঐ দিনই ওঁটা ক্যুরিয়ার এ Dispatched হয় ; তবে যতক্ষণ না হাতে এসে পৌছাই ততক্ষণ বোঝার উপাই নেই - ভিসা approve হল না Rejected।
